Mid rose-pink very double flowers that are highly fragrant blooming in spring.  Lax shrub growing to 1.8 x 1.5m with dark grey-green foliage and few thorns.  This rose is known for proliferation, which means another bud grows through the centre of the flower.  Mine does this rarely and is not enough to bother about at all.  Appeared around 1820’s
